Don't purchase here, very poorly managed and high assessments with $8500 just being approved so members can pay for their own roofs. Having a high district tax assessment for many, many years, since the early 70's, there is no reason why roofs should not be covered any longer. Most district tax is $3,000-$5,000 per year with a $500+ grounds and maintenance cost and many unit owners end up having to hire outside help because grounds maintenance is so bad!
