Kind and compassionate.
I don't normally leave reviews but felt the need today. I had a very caring experience today with Dr. Colleen. She carefully looked over our very frightened dog, and used a "no fear" approach which I have never seen before. She sat on the floor with him and calmly and carefully examined him, so gently and kind. She communicated carefully and did not pressure me or rush the situation. Been a customer for years, with many different pets. Always received top notched care. Staff are amazing and remember what small town hospitality is.
I have used Orono Veterinary Hospital in past years. I was so impressed with their knowledge and kindness I contacted them to see if they would accept my newly adopted dog as a patient. It was a great feeling to know they remembered me and our dog after several years had past. They welcomed Bailie into their clinic. I was once again so impressed with their kindness and compassion to Bailie.
I was very happy with my last visit to the Orono vet hospital.i have an ongoing problem with my kitty & Dr. Shalini took the time to explain all of my options for treatment & go over both medications I was sent home with. The doctor also explained what future steps we might take if these medications didn't work. I was thoroughly impressed with the time she spent with us not rushing us out to get to her next client. I would highly recommend!
