If i could give negative stars i would!!!! Have been going to them for the past 10 years with our dog. When Matt was there we felt that they actually cared. Once they were bought out by a corporation they dont care about your pets it's about the money. Our 10 year old dog who only has ever been to the Orono Vet and after all the years of surgery he had to have and about 20k that we spent there over the years means nothing to them. We have been going here for 30 years and seen staff retire and new staff come. All the staff here are so kind and sympathetic and thoughtful. They share your happy times and also your grief. I’m so very grateful for the Orono Vet Clinic❤️🐾
The worst vet clinic I have dealt with by a large margin. We just moved to Orono and have been able to rescue a feral cat. I called to arrange to get him in for shots and neutering. The response I got was to contact Clarington Animal Control and we don't take walk-ins. The lack of knowledge and concern for animal well being was astounding. We have benefitted from having excellent veterinary care from all vets we have used for a dog, 2 cats and 2 horses, so I was completely shocked by the incompentance and appauling customer ... read more
I have complete faith in Orono Vet to help me look after my two senior dogs. We have had our relationship for likely 10 years and the office is super organized and works so well with the vets and the clients. Undoubted care for my fur kids.
