Have been with orono vet for years. They have always been great and very compassionate! .
We’ve been taking our pets to Orono Vet for years and they have been nothing short of amazing. Their communication is excellent, they’re always prompt with booking appointments, and every interaction is professional and genuinely empathetic. You can truly tell they care about the animals and always act in their best interests. We’re incredibly loyal to this veterinary clinic and highly recommend them!
Kind and compassionate.
I don't normally leave reviews but felt the need today. I had a very caring experience today with Dr. Colleen. She carefully looked over our very frightened dog, and used a "no fear" approach which I have never seen before. She sat on the floor with him and calmly and carefully examined him, so gently and kind. She communicated carefully and did not pressure me or rush the situation.
