Office and building is old and dilapidated, front desk staff were lazy and rude. I bought 2 pairs of frames and lenses. Took months to finally get what I paid for after repeated warranty issues with broken frames and the wrong lenses. Avoid at all costs!
Was visiting from out of town and my lens fell out of my glasses, I went over and in less than 5 minutes they had me fixed up and on my way again! Excellent expirence, Thank you!
We have had Dr. McCarthy as a family optometrist for years, and have always been pleased with her services, knowledge and experience. She explains any issues thoroughly and takes the time to answer any and all questions. More recently we went elsewhere for location convenience, however have returned to Dr. McCarthy for her overall thoroughness.
