It was a great service, and they made it simple to use the storage compartment!! 10/10 would recommend!!!
The service and the people are very good at what they do
Clean, secure, and easy to access storage units with helpful staff. Great experience overall and I would definitely recommend Oromocto Self Storage for anyone needing extra space.
Do Not use this company! The staff are not ok to deal with and when asked to speak to management I was not given the number to contact them but was told that they ( reception?) would contact them and I would receive a call back. I have yet to speak with the management team. They say one thing yet from my personal experience do don't follow that, or they brush you off. From someone who has worked in customer service for over 25 years and has run my own company this is not ok.
