They gave me three different timings on when my appointment was then got mad at me when I told them I got three different appointments and said don’t book the appointment if you have other stuff going on that day then and I needed bloodwork for a blood work appointment that was three hours away from this doctors appointment so I had plenty of time to get that and to get looked at by my doctor, but yet no 11. The worst clinic in New Brunswick. The front desk staff are routinely rude to patients. They’re incapable of admitting any admin mistake, change appointments without giving any notice, etc. to top it off they NEVER and I mean NEVER send any text, email or phone reminders of upcoming appts. So far dealing with other clinics or services with NB Health will do something along those lines but not this clinic. If this clinic is your only option we feel your sorrow/anger. Never look at my mri for nerve damage nw i an desable in my arm. Precribe wrong ointment i could haveost my sight . Has a blood clot in my ankle he kept telling me i has bang my ankle.that went on for w yrs .then i got mad and told him i was still hurting then he. Check and said it was a little cyst soec.operate and found a tumor and he did many more errors do i abandon him.
