Neighbors are really friendly, the manager is totally awesome, the rent is exceptionally reasonable and it feels like home, I'm happy here, very convenient location it's a very short walk to 7 eleven, and the bus stop for the B line public bus. Walking distance to the clinic and to the grocery store (about a mile/25min.walk -to clinic, Raley's, the hospital, and also to the Urgent Care Clinic.
