I am very angry because you guys sold me something without telling me it was a 4 years loan. And I came to your store, and got almost ignored😭. I am French speaking, you should have explained to me clearly. Why would I take a 4 years 5000 dollars loan for a product I don't even use? You said it would cost 93 dollars if I had Ohio, so I thought it was covered .I am a mum of 5, who is already struggling, I can't afford this, and I don't want this . I am so sad and angry

if i could give ZERO stars i WOULD. the worker LILLY at the time lured my in friend with samples. She was nice at first but my friend still wasn’t convinced enough to buy the product. She denied buying it because she’s a student and couldn’t afford the outrageous prices. LILLY kept going on regardless of us showing disinterest and started pointing out insecurities. honestly, do they even use the products because her skin was terrible. she most definitely needs the product more, but it’s probably a scam seeing her skin… anywa... read more
I had an incredible experience with Michael and Gopika at Orogold. I first learned about the brand through Gopika, who was exceptionally kind and took the time to thoroughly explain the products while addressing my skincare concerns. If I could give zero stars I would , my friend was lured into buying it they took her card and paid for it themself the employee started picking out little things about my friends trying to spark insecurities when the employee herself named lily looked like she needed it herself . These people are sick do not go at all
