DISHONEST!! GOLD RING MISSING AFTER THEIR SERVICES!! I used Oro Valley Cleaning in a recurring monthly basis for a few months and all was fine and well. The crew would sometimes show up early without notice, but I thought that was not a big deal given the fact I was home most of the time. Erika's company started out good, then the quality consistently started slipping. When questioned about the unacceptable quality of cleaning, Erika got defensive and argumentative. Last cleaning job was final straw. Crumbs all over the floor, which was clearly not swept, vacuumed, nor mopped- yet she submitted bill for over $200. Do NOT recommend!!
First cleaning was great but then they missed two monthly appointments without notice and never apologized or told me why. They might be okay for a one time cleaning when you don’t have a schedule but not reliable for regular service.
DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. I had a written agreement with the owner about what was to be cleaned and what time they were supposed to be at my house. They showed up unannounced 4 hours early and were asked to come back at the scheduled time. THEN they showed up 2 hours late for my scheduled cleaning. I had agreed on a price and number of people to clean my house. They had been to my house once before so what they were coming to clean was not unexpected. They did not mop at all and they did not clean the glass doors. Which was ... read more
Had them clean every two weeks for several months. Over time the house became dirtier and dirtier. Crumbs on floors that were supposed to be mopped. Bathroom barely wiped. Once no vacuum marks. Called and discussed issues and the cleaning after was worse. Will not use again.
