Junilla is fantastic she know so much about bikes. I called her looking for new Carbon rims for my road bike. She found some for me and called me back in less then an hour with a killer deal on some Roval CLX50s that I couldn't turn down. I absolutely love them on my bike light weight, fast and areo what more could you ask for, oh and the price was just right! I will never go to another shop ever again. Great service and always helpful and nice. Upgraded a couple of bikes here recently and they did a terrific job. Also went out of their way to help me find my replacement mountain bike after someone+ stole mine off my bike rack inside a gated community. Got to test drive one at the store and found the right frame size at another store. Many thanks and see you on the next tuneup or break-fix.
Customer Service is NOT their strong point... said no one ever, about this bike shop!! :) There are several shops closer to me but the quality of service I experience at OVB is why I choose their shop, over all the rest.
Took my bike to another shop for a simple job and walked out $30 later. Problem wasn't solved so I took it to Oro Valley Ina, had it fixed and the problem explained to me for $5. Love this place. VERY Friendly atmosphere!
