RecommendedI want to give a quick shout out to the mechanics at the Ina/Shannon location. I came in this morning and discovered I needed a new chain and cassette, and that the cables were hanging by a thread. I had my bike back and ready to roll within 4 hours!! Thanks so much.
We just moved into the area- We are bike novices and Oro Valley Bicycle did a great job setting us up. They are Friendly and knowledgeable. Great Service and great prices. They even told us to bring our bike back in a month and have them adjusted to make sure everything is working well. We will definitely be purchasing more of our accessories from them. It is great to have a local small business in the area giving high quality customer service.
Great service. I have a Specialized bike that I purchased elsewhere, but they still took incredible care of my issue. Specialized backed its product without a hassle.
Went there after arriving for El Tour De Tucson a week ahead of time. Mechanic took 5 min to help retrieve the nut to the headset. With some mechanic ingenuity he was able to pull the nut up and reconnect it without pressing the wedge out of the fork stem. Without his help I would more than likely been renting a bike after transporting mine form out of state.

They charged Me Way more than I was initially told! And I even noticed where they Changed the price of my tires right on the work for without even letting me know ahead of time! And on top of the Huge price I paid, they didn't even do a good and complete job! I paid for two new tires and a complete safety check and repair! I recently brought my new ebike in for repair on the brakes to the Ina Store. Jim, the bike technician, was extraordinary. He diagnosed the problems, spoke several times with the online retailer I purchased the bike from and went way above and beyond expectations in fixing my bike and in making some excellent recommendations on some upgrades. I will only go to this bike store and I will only have Jim work on my bike. Thanks for the great job.
Yesterday, I purchased a Rockhopper Sport and Nihla, Richard, and the rest of the staff are amazing. I highly recommend their shop and look forward to a continued relationship as my cycling evolves. They are all friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable.
We had a flat and had to have a new tube. They got us right in and back out the door. Helpful & very nice folks.
