I cannot say enough about my first experience here at Oro Spa! I came in wanting to feel the tingles, to relax, while also understanding my scalp health. I received all that plus more because Zainab who serviced me (who’s also the owner) was so knowledgeable, and her massage and technique made me so relaxed 😩 I cannot wait to go back for be next appt! Honestly, nothing but good things to say about this place. I got my first ever lash lift and tint with Zeinab. The inside of this spa is such a vibe. The decor is amazing, and you could literally eat off the floors. It is so immaculate in there. Highly recommend!!!! ! I bought one of my girlfriends a gift card from the parking lot. Because I need everybody to experience this place !!!
Zeinab reached out to me right away after a small inconvenience. She serviced me on her day off and was very kind and met all expectations. Thank you so much for your humanity during a very difficult time. Much appreciated.
Zeinab was amazing! I booked the deluxe scalp spa and I wish I could afford to go back all the time. She took the time to talk about my concerns (hair loss, sunburned scalp) and the actual treatment was amazing. The spa is beautiful! Great work!!!
I had the most disappointing experience at this spa. I was so excited to have this new hair spa experience and it did not meet my expectations. First of all, I visited the Livonia location. I believe this is their newest store and it seems like an afterthought. I had a hard time finding the place. There is no sign saying that the spa is located in a building that looks abandoned.
