This outfit should be called "Incompetent Rip off Pro". Charged $490 for a drip shower cartridge change. The hot water doesn't come on. Asked them to fix it, they said there is no warranty on their work. They wanted to charge again to come out...but said no guarantee they can fix it. Definitely a 5 star company. Chris arrived when he said he would, had a smile on his face like he was happy to be of service. I especially liked that fact that they provide before and after photos. I got a discount for being a repeat customer. Overall this company provides an economical top notch service. As a single women, I felt secure that they were not ripping me off.5 star

He was right on time and once he checked out my two problems (toilet repair and leaky kitchen faucet) he gave me an estimate that was within my budget. The toilet repair went smoothly and he explained everything that needed to be done. Before leaving he throughly recheck the new toilet parts to make sure all was functioning properly.
