Yuya is great! I’m very happy with the haircut and service. However, I wasn’t happy with the unclear pricing on the website. I was quoted $70 online but was charged $100, and was told $70 is for men’s hair cut. This was unexpected. The website should be updated to clearly explain the pricing differences between men and women’s haircut, as well as between junior and senior stylists after selecting the service category and stylist.
My first visit to Oro and I am definitely impressed. I had the pleasure of having my hair colored and treated by Yuya, what an amazing talent. The best color treatment I have ever had done. Yuya listened to exactly what i wanted and did a phenomenal job. I highly recommend this salon and especially Yuya! Amazing job.
They were so nice to squeeze me in super last minute. Got a beautiful blowout too, and it didn’t take too long.
I had the best haircut experience with Mao since I moved to NY 8 years ago. I also got an eyelash perm, which was great. Her skills, technique, and kind personality are truly amazing. Definitely 5 stars!
I’ve gotten lash lift treatment in Japan but this place is as high quality as the one in Japan which is very rare in NY! I got mine done by Mami :)
