AWFUL place to live. HOA only cares about themselves and the building is full of thieves. They will steal stuff off your car and from in front of your door and neither HOA nor the owners of the building care. Horrible people live here. It's not worth the amount of money you pay for this place. UPDATE AS OF 12/18/24 On 2 occasions now and HOA members has repeatedly left a large amount of spit on my side windows. Wonderful place to live. Near a park and dog park, DTLB, the beach, a freeway on ramp. We get along with the owner, HOA, and looking to buy in the building.
HOA and property management work in tandem to accomplish tasks.
