Ornt is the company that services our elevators. Today at 8:25 we received an email notification that the elevator in our building was out of order. It is now 6:30pm and it's still not working. How is this possible? I'm on the 6th floor and have a disabled neighbour. Totally incompetent "service". Based on this experience I wouldn't recommend Ornt to anyone.
