Horrible doctor. I was a regular patient. I had an exam with him. I needed him to clear me to go back to work. He kept stating "You should see your company doctor". The problem is I don't have a "company doctor" I needed him to sign off that I could return to regular work. He would not sign a script or note for me to return to regular work. I had to see another and new doctor to get cleared to return to work. Horrible doctor horrible human being.
