Dealing with ORNL FCU in general is exhausting. The website always seems to have issues. Suddenly, there's a fee for moving money from savings to checking when "overdrafted." It's easy to see why. They want to recoup some of that weak interest payment. The worst thing of all for me is the constant problems syncing information with the popular financial apps. The absolute best bank I have worked with. All of the tellers are nice and friendly, amazing amazing customer service!
Never available to answer their phone, give you attitude about doing a job they get paid to do, the most unhelpful bank i’ve come into contact with.
