Used them for my banking for a long time, always great
ORNL is HORRIBLE! They have incompetent people working for them & their systems are constantly not working or making errors. Their online transfer process has been non functional for over a week, so if u want to transfer money from one of your accounts to another, you have to GO INTO A BRANCH! I just got charged an overdraft fee, when I definitely had enough funds to cover transactions, I tried to call customer service, which is actually customer NON SERVICE because you have to hold for over 20-30 minutes, so I had to get in... read more
