My commitment to transparency and helping people not make the same mistakes I have I decided to write this review. Do not, I repeat DI NOT deal with this company! I ordered custom cabinet doors and drawer faces from them. They were very responsive when I placed the order & politely referred me to a website. I sent exact measurements along & details w/ exact railing size for my order. **** acknowledged all instructions & stated they would be completing my order w/ those exact details. Paid over half in October of 2021 didnt ******* until easter of 2022 gave me several excuse over the months as to why there was delays no showed on me arleast 5 times, Then he blamed me after i made a bad review saying we asked for several changes when we didnt. He never even fully Finished everything in our contract then threatened to take me to court and put a lien on my house if I didnt take down the review.
Thank you! Thank you! Yall are awesome! We had a crappy situation with another cabinet maker that ripped out our kitchen but never finished. Ornate Wood Creations came in and rebuilt everything and finished for us. Life savers 100%
