Ornamental Specialties just completed a iron railing around our new patio, and they did an outstanding job. Rebecca, the Office Manager, was very quick in providing us with a detailed estimate for for the fabrication and installation. Steve and his crew were very courteous and professional. We would highly recommend these guys!
Have tried so many times to communicate with the business. Ive never tried so hard to give someone business, ie money. I just dont think thats its professional to ignore calls and emails, thats being a good business right? For rebecca. And i dont think that im being unreasonable, if someone did the same to you, im sure you too would be annoyed. anyway, my $0.02 is that ornamental specialties owes me a returned phone call. -Bryan
