These guys completed a gate for us, and it took forever but to their credit they did get it done. The service after they were paid in full was terrible. Owner constantly sends me to voicemail, no calls back, no return email. When i finally was able to get ahold of him he promised me a service date and never showed up. No email back or anything. These guys are great at selling products and do ok work, but the service is terrible.

Ornamental Solutions built a metal gate for my residence last year. They quoted very reasonably and delivered on time. The staff were very friendly. They even came back on my request to make minor corrections/adjustments on request, without extra charge. I would definitely recommend them for any ornamental gate work.

I was highly Satisfied with the outcome of my keypad that got installed. The sales person Logan was very professional and courteous. The Owner Eduard went above and beyond in a professional and friendly manner. He came back on his day off to program a glitch that I was still having in my system. Now it is working great! The company I feel to be very trust worthy and can always rely on when there is a problem.🤗
