Majorly stuck between a rock and a hard place, needed to finish a job, missing (3) 1"x1" black female gate hinge. Expressed my desperation, the gentleman handed me the (3) hinges and told me not to worry about it any longer at NO charge, absolutely FREE. Edward from Ornamental Fences went above and beyond his duty. Very knowledgeable. Most importantly he was willing to explain all the helpful details to all questions we had in installing a 20ft. Gate along with multiple key pads for a storage unit complex. Family owned and operated business with integrity. We had a fabulous experience buying our fence materials from Ornamental Fence Products. We were novices when it comes to fence procurement and installation. Eduard gave us a great explanation on how we could easily use biased fence panels to install a great looking fence along the slope next to our garden to keep the deer out.
