Update- I got a return call and they came out as promised and did exceptional work. They are hard to get a hold of but if you are persistent they are worth the wait.
Shopped around all over Sacramento. Could not beat Ornamental Fence on price and speed of service. The guys went above and beyond and delivered the fencing to my project early in the morning and saved the day.
