Visited this afternoon with severe mental health issues. Practising male gp, made out a mental health plan and then told the resources I needed he was not able to do anything about. He didn’t he try to try to find out for me. I have been in the system 15 years and I have never had a doctor tell me that there was nothing they could do. So for me I will never see this male doctor at this practise again, passed me off without any information at all. Felt very unhappy about his whole demeanour.
Nick has been my doctor for years and always listens and very thorough. I trust him implicitly.
