So far after a week here directly from the hospital the folks are caring, thoughtful, helpful and simply great. The PT fellows really care about getting me back on my feet. The only reason I rated this rhab center for star is 90% of the food seems over processed, over cooked. of the lower quality than would have come from a vending machine. No sauce for way overcooked ravoli, turkey breast, pork slices making the tough overcooked food unbearably dry. My Dad was in this facility for 9 yrs and for the most part the place was good, however with this last set of new personnel and Director I would not recommend it at all! My Dad was sick 3 days before I was notified and put on Morphine before they notified his family and of course he passed away days later. I had left the Director 2 messages and to this day haven't had my calls returned! My friend has been there three months due to a stroke. She hasn't had PT in two weeks when it's supposed to be five times a week. She isn't getting her twice a week showers. Her social worker (Emma) won't return my calls. Her nails need trimmed and cleaned but no one is doing it. I see they've paid a bunch of fines and it's easy to figure out why. DON'T SEND YOUR LOVED ONE THERE!

Do not send your loved ones here, they are rude keep you from seeing or talking to your loved one do not provide good care at all and food is disgusting I worked in care centers and the food at this place is by far sub standard. they dont provide TV phones in room dont work so you cant call They dont talk to family are rude and nasty No prompt to get to nurses station when you call other prompts have you leave message Terrible care.. Short staffed and Dont care at all.

I was there for congestive heart failure rehab and while there I got a respiratory infection, a yeast/fungal infection, I became dehydrated, they lied about filing important paperwork, I never saw a doctor, they allowed patients with cognitive disfunction to park their wheelchairs in the halls next to other patient's doors all day long into the evening, it was constantly noisy, day and night, and it always took many days to get anything approved, such as something as simple getting more water or changing an over the counter ... read more
