I can’t say how disapppinted I am after being a patient there. I had too many bad decisions. I’m still upset about it and they are officially fired! I could give a bucket full of bad problems. Here are just a few. I called last Thursday asking if I could see the Dr. I kept phoning again and again after getting cut off. I was on the phone for two and a half hours. Ormond Medical Arts just this year sent me a bill from "2013". This was paid by my insurance company way back then and they never contacted me until now. This is 2025!!!!!! What the heck? I am not paying this.
Amazing staff and wonderful doctors. Highly recommend
I asked for my medical records 8 times...still have not received them in the mail. So now I filed a complaint with the Florida Department of Health...I will win in the end.
No waiting.thank God.
