Ormond Medical Arts just this year sent me a bill from "2013". This was paid by my insurance company way back then and they never contacted me until now. This is 2025!!!!!! What the heck? I am not paying this.

I asked for my medical records 8 times...still have not received them in the mail. So now I filed a complaint with the Florida Department of Health...I will win in the end.
No waiting.thank God.
