Have been great about payment. Very patient!
I moved to the area about a year ago and needed my boat worked on. I didn't know anyone to do it and took a chance on Ormond Boat Works. They did a great job on body work. It looked like new. They've also worked on some mechanical issues I've had. I'm very pleased with all the work Salem and his crew has done. They are always very helpful and willing to share information on preventive maintenance. They get the work done fast to get you back on the water. Bill Zirkle
Warning Beware!!! I brought my boat in for a trimming problem and the owner Salem helped check my boat in. I showed him the problem and Salem and one his techs seemed very confident they knew what was wrong. We wrote up a repair order to repair the trim on February 28th 2018. Fast forward to March 16th 2018, I receive a text from Salem with a copy of the repair order and a message stating "Your boat is ready for pick up! Just after moving to Florida, I bought a 1999 Trophy - that needed some work. I was an Engineer at Johnson/Evinrude in the early 80's, so I knew a fair amount about outboards and what is necessary to fix them. Salem & Mike identified what needed to be done, kept me informed, and made repairs that were appropriate and reasonable from a cost perspective.
