So many positives! Jay was fabulous. From beginning to end. When I dropped off my favorite jacket to have a zipper replaced, I noticed a pinhole rip in the shoulder, which Jay said they could also fix. The best part of the experience was when I picked up my jacket. Jay took the time to show me how strong the new zipper was and how well they fixed the pinhole. Beyond the wonderful work, this was my first visit and Jay made me feel like I was a regular. Thank you for this experience, keep up the great work. I will be back.
