This is been the best Chiro experience of my life. Being hypermobile has presented difficulties in the past with previous Chiropractors but Dr Jae has been great at listening to both my own feedback and my bodies response. The Gonstead Technique has been a game changer for my back and hips.

Visited Dr Cole for bad neck and lower back pain from working in the hospital and studying on a laptop for uni. He was really thorough and sent me for X-rays straight away before making any adjustments for safety. Also gave me some ways to help my posture at home and at work to stop the pain/condition from progressing. Really in-depth and friendly, and I'm having great results already. Highly recommend if you need to see a chiro in the Gold Coast!
