So tired of the mail that looks like government paperwork, only to open it and see the most OFFENSIVE offer on my home. Ya'll are out of your mind, and honestly I don't even know how you get enough business to even afford postage. Worse than the people low-balling you on Facebook marketplace- especially since we aren't even selling anything. Take me off your mailing list. Pisses me off so bad I legit took time out of my day to leave you a bad review. Get a grip.
Not much different than others throwing out low offers hoping one sticks. I was offered (site unseen, as-is) $400,350 for my home that would currently fly off the market at $750,000+, but (yeah) without any real estate commissions or fees. God forbid someone might get advice from a professional. I bought this McLoughin District home 24 years ago and have spent over 200K in restoration, repairs and improvements over the years. And I do know what I'm talking about. Recently retired, 42 year realtor.
