I brought a van cleef bracelet because the attachment had broken a week later when i got get it back theres a crack in the leaf and all the leafs were damaged i go back to the store to tell them and they tried to tell me it was alresdy like that when i said no it wasnt i got it 3 months ago they said well idk i didnt see how it looked like when you brought it in!
