Incredible service, the best I’ve had at any jewelry shop. I called in advance to make sure they had my watch in stock and told them I’d be on my way in an hour. When I arrived, they had all the different models set aside for me. They encouraged me to try them all on, with 0 no pressure whatsoever as they varied from 500-1500$. They gave me all the warranty information, even went as far as to send the serial number of the watch I chose to the company for me. They have my business now.
Super professional and kind sales people, they really know their stuff and will take their time with you to make sure you find the right one. I always feel confident when I make purchases at this shop.
Great store, they have many great watch options and they are really kind too, 100% recommend!
