Joe, the owner, is rude and condescending and spends the whole time bragging about himself. He also changed the time of my appointment which I had to scramble to meet and never thanked me. Worst of all was his assistant, who is very fake and negative and strokes Joe’s ego.
I’ve been a loyal client of Orlo salon for over 10 years. They’re incredibly knowledgeable and cool.
