Extremely disappointed with how the staff in this office takes care of their patients. My mother had an emergency surgery with Dr. Tsai who treated her with the upmost care and put her back together again! Then it started.... We tried multiple days after her surgery to get a post-op appointment. Multiple phone calls, no response. Left several voicemails with her name, DOB, surgery explanation,and reason for the appointment. No one called back after several days. They really need to fix the MRI machine downstairs. I was sent to Columbus Avenue which was horrible!!!! Staff were nice but you had to park and walk (with a knee injury) 3 blocks away!! Also, it took over a week to get the MRI results back to 3333. The PA Marissa was lovey and knowledgeable, but the wait for an appointment with Dr. Tejani is over a month. One suggestion: after my exam I needed a note and had to stand at Amanda's desk while she typed it. She was good but she needs a chair for patients to sit down at her desk... read more

I’ve had my labrum’s repaired by Dr. Giovinazzo and he was awesome and my shoulders haven’t felt this good in years. And I also had my Achilles tendon repaired by Dr. Tsai. The surgery went very well and the after care was amazing. Would definitely recommend both of these surgeons. The place does get busy at times so appointments are a must even though they do take walk in’s in most cases.
