Dr. Tejani is a great Doctor. I was highly recommended to see him and im glad I did. I have a follow up appointment next week with him to discuss my MRI results
Service was great, did not have to wait extra long, the doctor was straightforward!
I have to say that I am disappointed with the care I received. When I addressed my knee pain . Dr Tejani told me that I needed an xray . Then made a follow up appointment 3 months later to do the xray when they have machines on the premises or he could have written a prescription for one then. No empathy. A 2 hour wait for a 5 minute visit . Terrible
It felt good and so professional, overall good experience. The only thing that I didn't appreciate was, my employer is still trying to get through to them a very important fax which contains my medical certificate of care provider, but haven't received them yet and I haven't gotten paid yet. I went personal and couldn't get any answers. Please check your fax machine and send them back anything they need from you. Thanks, Juan Alonzo
I’d like to start off with the PAs and Doctors being seriously amazing and trustworthy.Although this whole process dealing with this office has been so stressful. Reception responsible for calls regarding orthopedic patient needs is atrocious and needs help. Aside from the one lady that actually took care of my job’s medical form, the rest of the staff is either half asleep, lied about leaving messages for important concerns, and doesn’t know what is going on.
