If I could give negative stars i would. Absolutely terrible admin. Still cant get a Rx for an MRI sent to radiology after leaving several UNRETURNED messages. Then, when you call and actually speak to somebody, they have to then leave a message for someone else to send the Rx, which never gets done. There should not be so many barriers in getting a Rx that the Dr ordered sent over to the radiology office. Being able to call the office directly and not a call center would be very helpful.
