Your review: My visits to this office were wonderful! PA Ryan Lilley was helpful, professional and very clear in sharing info about my knee injury and its care. The x-ray tech was incredibly empathetic and fun, and he really made me comfortable during my time with him. The receptionists are wonderful and helpful as well! My experience has been very positive and I feel like I have a great team there that is 100% on my side. Thank you!
From the moment we signed in, we encountered nothing but polite, friendly, and empathetic staff. The front office is just a delight. Dr. Alpert is friendly, warm and engaged. I have full confidence in his skills and in his recommendations. While I'm not thrilled with having a bum knee, I'm delighted to have found this practice and know that I will be taken care of properly by all. Also, major kudos to PA Ryan!
