Darlene at the lynbrook office is completely unprofessional. My family member was a patient of hers. Not only was she extremely rough on her, she then YELLED at her because she was in pain and pulled her hand away out of instinct. As an OT myself this is extremely disappointing.

Sam the physical therapist is very rude and condescending. The way she speaks to me today was disrespectful and rude. Who is she to determine my pain level. I did not like how she speaks to me and hence I will never return to that facility.I wanted to give a score of three because my other therapists were great to me . I give it a one because of Sam attitude towards me. In healthcare respect your patients pain level .
