My daughter Natania has been seeing Olivia since October 2024 because of a right shoulder injury from Volleyball. My daughter has gotten stronger and brought home 5 gold medals with her team. Olivia and her team are exceptionally great. The way they treat you and work with you, makes you feel like family. My daughter is always happy and eager to come to therapy for a 10th grader that's pretty cool. She tells me about the talks with all the therapists and how funny they are. Staff is friendly, courteous and capable. Responsive to questions and concerns. Recommend!
Physical therapists are really nice especially Justin. He makes PT fun. This is not his fault but they seem very understaffed and each PT is working with 2-4 people at a time so most of the time you’re on your own. Front desk staff is TERRIBLE. Very rude and inconsiderate. Always dismissive of concerns or questions regarding appointments. They don’t seem to care about people at all. Visited twice and both times the girls at the desk made me feel unwelcome
