Buyer beware!!!!!. After the initial $200 visit, Orlim wanted to charge me $2400 for my Sub Zero Wine refrigerator repair. I was able to order the part from Sub Zero for $300 and thanks to youtube, installed it in 15 minutes. $2200 for 15 minutes of work is extreme price gaugung, and I would warn anyone to do their research before overpaying for a simple service.

Orlim has fixed and maintained my Sub Zero refrigerator for the last few years. When making an appointment for service, I have dealt with Amber. She has gone out of her way to make sure that I get an appointment that fits into my schedule. It is a pleasure working with Amber. The company is lucky to have her as their first contact to Orlim.
Orlim is amazing, quick, and reliable. We had a problem with out fridge at Icon South Beach and Amber was able to get us a technician to the property within 1 hour for a fair price. The part we needed arrived the next day and we were good to go. Highly recommend.
Orlim's technician misdiagnosed why my refrigerator was not working and proposed a number of unnecessary "fixes" that would have cost thousands of dollars and not addressed the issue. I was able to fix it myself for free after examining the schematics of the unit. Rather than admitting their mistake and refunding the diagnosis fee for a completely wrong diagnosis, Orlim has refused any kind of refund and has cut off communications with me.
