We had a very disappointing experience with Orley's. While the technicians were friendly, the service itself was seriously lacking. They tracked large chunks of dried mud through our home from their boots, laid down only one tarp each, and assured us we didn’t need to move anything. After they left—after barely 20 minutes—we spent over an hour cleaning black soot and ash off every surface within 20 feet of the downstairs fireplace and several feet around the upstairs one. Very informative and helpful with all our pool needs. They have all the products needed for beautiful crystal clear water. They also test your water to let you know what you need.
They didn’t even know what an orifice was.
I had birds coming downmy chimney so I knew the top was not sealed correctly. I also need an old cast ironinsert removed from my fireplace. I calledOrleys of Klamath Falls and they came outin a couple of days and fixed the top and took outthe very heavyinsert. They put a tarp around the fireplace and cleaned out the fireplace and was done in about an hour. They also evaluatedmy fireplace and said I could put a new insert in it if I wanted. They did a great job at a very low price. I would recommendthem to anyone.
