They didn’t even know what an orifice was.
I had birds coming downmy chimney so I knew the top was not sealed correctly. I also need an old cast ironinsert removed from my fireplace. I calledOrleys of Klamath Falls and they came outin a couple of days and fixed the top and took outthe very heavyinsert. They put a tarp around the fireplace and cleaned out the fireplace and was done in about an hour. They also evaluatedmy fireplace and said I could put a new insert in it if I wanted. They did a great job at a very low price. I would recommendthem to anyone.
job went 750 over their original quote. didnt follow manufacturures specifications. chimney almost burned out after a week, had to have them come back out again and do it the right way. If you are going to charge top dollar for work your work should be top dollar.
We went in to do some information gathering about purchasing a replacement gas fireplace insert. The staff was very helpful and took the time to answer all our questions.
