Made an appt online and received an email confirming the appt. A few hours later received an email stating that the appt had been cancelled. Next day received a 3rd email confirming appt. Received email & text message reminding me of scheduled appt. Get to the office and there wasn't any appt. They also want prior records to schedule any appt. I moved here from Boston, my old eye doctor closed her business. I cannot access my records, and Orlen will not give me an appt without them. Very disappointing.

I stopped by last week to check my contacts prescription. They gave me an appointment this morning. Dr Orlen did all these tests on me, you have to be especially careful with diabetes. They do a special test to check if your eyes are literally bleeding. I highly recommend this place for glasses and contacts. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Very disappointing experience. I understand that previous eye records can be helpful, but not everyone has access to old records. I explained that I cannot obtain mine and that I have an active eye problem that has been bothering me for days, yet I was told I could not see the doctor without them.
