I've been a patient at this dental office for my entire life, and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my dental care. Dr. Meina Roufaiel recently performed a gum grafting procedure for me, and I couldn't be more grateful for the experience. His sense of humour immediately put me at ease, and it was clear how seamlessly he worked with his team throughout the procedure. The whole team at OrleansWood is amazing, very friendly and professional! Going to see the dentist isn’t usually fun, but Dr Roufaiel always manages to lighten up the mood, and makes the visit fun and easy. Mina is very welcoming, explains everything and puts your mind at ease, he’s a very good dentist that cares about the wellbeing of his patients, and only recommends what is best for them. He even called me to follow up after anprocedure to ensure all is well. I highly recommend Mina and his team!
Since moving 30 mins outside the city 8 years ago I have tried 2 different practices, was completely unsatisfied! This was my childhood dental practice and although there have been changes and new faces I love it here, I would rather make the 30 min trek than continue yo stay at a local dental clinic. Efficient and friendly! Outstanding dentists and hygienists! Front staff is accommodating with my erratic schedule and super friendly!!!
The dentist and the staff are always very friendly, making the visit more enjoyable. It's nice to see that when you GO for your 6 moths clean-up or for other reasons, that the dentist makes it a point to come Salut us. It shows that the client is important.
My hygienist is always friendly and lets me show her new pics of my grandson. Nothing beats being able to show him off! She is efficient and attentive to her job. I’m short, she’s great!
