I’ve had a great experience with Orleans Hot Tubs and Swim Spas from day 1! Everyone is helpful, knowledgeable, and really easy to work with. A huge thank you to Mika who has been fantastic throughout the whole process - from purchasing to delivery to set up. Mika answered my many (many!) questions and provided amazing customer service the entire time. I’m so happy with my swim spa and would definitely recommend this team!
I visit this store somewhat frequently to test our pool and hot tub water, and buy chemicals. I’ve yet to have one unpleasant visit. The staff there is always kind and knowledgeable, and ready to answer every question I have. I feel like there are few places these days where experts don’t assume you’re supposed to know what they know and make you feel little about it, and this place is a prime example. Everything about our spa purchase and installation experience with Orleans was great!
