Overpriced
I've had my hot tub for almost a year now. It is great. The sales team was fantastic and found me one that fit my family's needs. I just had a service call (under warranty) and the guys were very professional and explained everything. So happy I went to Orleans Hot Tubs.
Right from the beginning of service was excellent at Orleans, hot tubs! From selecting a new hot tub and sauna to the installation everyone was helpful. Muhammad helped us to choose both pieces and took the time to explain everything to us. He was cheerful and spent the time with no pressure added to make the sale, The owner of the company even came over to help with the insulation!I was very pleased and they continue with giving me exemplary service after the insulation.
