We've been enjoying our hot tub from Orleans Hot Tubs for a few weeks now - the experience has been excellent from the time we first walked into their store. Mika answered all of our questions and guided us through the purchase with ease. She even came to our home for an orientation to make sure our hot tub was installed and running properly. The customer service is absolutely top-notch!
