We built a home with Orleans in another community last fall. We had a great experience! Our closing was delayed about a month due to the extremely raining weather we had when they were trying to dig our foundation. Otherwise, the process was very easy. The sales manager Patrick was very easy to work with, very accessible when we had questions, and always got us the answers we needed. We love our new home! We were able to make a few custom changes and are very happy with the result.
