I purchased sympathy flowers for a funeral. The staff was extremely helpful on the phone on deciding what flower option would be a good fit. The staff sent me photos prior to delivery & once it was delivered to the destination. They had a nice assortment of cards to pick from to go with the flowers. I had customizable options such as a vase or a basket. I asked the staff to design a flower arrangement. I thought they did an excellent job of hand selecting flowers to create this. Bought a arrangement of tye die roses for $84 and was charged a $7 fee just for using my card(for 6 roses) on Valentine's Day and they were wilted and already dying by the next day. Very disappointed in the quality and pricing
