I went in yesterday for a UTI, they didn't call me back until 35 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, and it was another 25 minutes after that until I was seen by the provider. Even though I had blood and WBC in my urine, they wanted to send it out for analysis. My symptoms got significantly worse overnight so I called in the morning. Have to say they have great doctors and I really do love the staff the only reason I gave them one star is cause it is supposed to be a walk in clinic and now if u do a walk in you have to make an appointment which defeats the purpose of a walk in and they can not call them selves a walk in if u can not do so went to go to urgent care this morning and they told me I’d have to make an appointment for this afternoon and come back like what’s the sense of the sign that says walk in if I have to make an appointment now I have to... read more
