The service was great. We had Mya as our server. She was funny and very pleasant. She gave us her opinions on what she liked. Our food was good. I had the fish and grits. Some pieces were better seasoned than others. I enjoyed it, only thing I didn't care for was the skin on my fish. My husband had the jambalaya, he said it was good, but just tasted like spaghetti. Then we split the classic beignets. They were delicious, a but doughy on the inside, but still really good! We will be back.
Nothing like or close to New Orleans food. No taste. Food is cooked fast but may not be done. My best friend had to send her WHOLE plate back. Beignets have no taste (straight air). A total disappointment. Small menu choice. Server was patient & helpful. Establishment is very small. Just wasn't a good experience.
Visited again recently. My gumbo was lukewarm and pretty bad, but I tasted my friend’s shrimp and grits which were amazing. The beignets were pretty good.
