It is my first time leaving a negative review, not happy to do it but it is accurate. I only dealt with the Sales department. I wanted a price for a new vehicle and trade-in value. The salesperson took all the required info and said he would be in touch with a quote. Did not hear back for a week. I emailed and no answer. A few days later called and got no call back. Only reason why it’s not a 5 star is because now they are charging customers 2.4% for all credit card payments. It costs customers enough money for repairs and now you hit us with the surcharge. Do yourself a favour and bring cash only if you don’t want to pay more. Apparently this applies to all Honda dealers but I cant confirm. Hopefully they drop the surcharge asap.
