old, expired, and molded product. it’s unbelievable. 9 dollars for a green eyeliner pencil that was covered in mold when i opened it. then they refused to refund me.
I Love this place! You get real salon products without the salon markup (everyone support your local stylist though! Great hair isn't easy for everyone. But it can look like it!!🥰) especially if you have experience & you Do know what you're doing! I don't recommend winging it (although hair does grow) but the wonderful lady who owns it & her staff are knowledgeable and it Always makes sense to ask! Bad customer service and rude British woman that kept being rude the whole time i was there it made me uncomfortable
Very bad customer service the British lady instantly profiled me as some shoplifter while i was just trying to shop do not recommend this place
British old employee woman was rude she was sitting before we walked in and as soon as we did she stood up and wouldn’t stop eying us around the store and very rude when talking to us do not recommend this place is okay products but HORRIBLE COSTUMER service. The lady instantly profiled as shoplifters us and was very rude the whole 10minutes we were in there.
