I called Orlando after trying to reach a few other companies. Orlando was at my house within 2 hours of our first conversation. I had a 2 inch hole in the side of my bathtub. I called for quotes from other companies a few months back and was quotede prices 4x the amount Orlando charged. He did a great jo, on the tub and I would reccomend Orlando to anybody
