I had an air horn installed on my brand new honda accord and it was noisy as heck because it was installed on top of aluminum support bracket in front of car with no cushion or rubber of any type. When I returned after being given different dates being that owner wasn't around they finally took apart once again after 3 months and installed cushion/piece rubber in between compressor and bracket.
