Dr. Zarate is one of the most kind, caring, communicative, knowledgeable and compassionate physicians that I have ever personally had. He takes his time and genuinely cares about his patients. The entire office is staffed by caring practitioners and health care professionals who make you feel welcome and well taken care of from the moment you walk in until the moment you leave. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a great family practice.

At this point, if I were you, find a different health system… like their competitor Orlando Health. Avoid Advent This location DOES NOT follow their already strict 15 minute policy. My appointment was at 9:40am, I arrived BEFORE 9:55am and that was with me dealing with a road closure on maitland Ave, a terrible parking layout for the size building with no parking, and with a backed up free valet parking. My husband recommended Dr. Zarate to me because of his good experiences. I can confirm that Dr. Zarate is really great. I have a lot of recent health issues and he was very quick to diagnose and treat all of my concerns. He and his office are also very quick to respond to messages in the portal which gives me a lot of peace of mind that as issues arise I won’t be waiting days to get things moving. Overall awesome PCP.
