Very empathetic and comforting even while I was in extreme distress and have trust issues with many peoplethroughoutmy life, dr Zarate and the Nurse that assisted was extremely helpful and I highly recommend him and his colleagues, nurses and office staff, they care for you like family.
Dr. Zarate is one of the most kind, caring, communicative, knowledgeable and compassionate physicians that I have ever personally had. He takes his time and genuinely cares about his patients. The entire office is staffed by caring practitioners and health care professionals who make you feel welcome and well taken care of from the moment you walk in until the moment you leave. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a great family practice.

At this point, if I were you, find a different health system… like their competitor Orlando Health. Avoid Advent This location DOES NOT follow their already strict 15 minute policy. My appointment was at 9:40am, I arrived BEFORE 9:55am and that was with me dealing with a road closure on maitland Ave, a terrible parking layout for the size building with no parking, and with a backed up free valet parking.
