Es comprometido con su labor , se toma muy en serio el problema del paciente y trabaja aclarando cualquier duda , franqueza de expresión , claramente explica el éxito o el riesgo envuelto en el tratamiento . No dice las cosas para complacerte sino para informarte o educarte en algo que no todos sabemos .
Llevo 2 años tratando a mi hija de 16 años con el Dr. Arce, desde su inicio siempre ha sido muy profesional y sobre todo bien explicito y paciente explicando cada detalle y tratamiento. Considero que es un doctor extraordinario y agradezco a dios haberlo puesto en nuestro camino.
Dr. Arce, I wish I can give him and his staff more than five stars. I took my 16 year old son for the first time today 8/27/19 and the Doctor is AMAZING, very knowledgeable and caring and professional. Dr. Arce and his staff have no room for improvement. We were not only impressed by his knowledge. He took the time to address all of my questions and concerns. I will highly recommend him to friends and family and anyone seeking a fantastic Pediatric Cardiologist.
Should not work with children. He is the most insensitive and unprofessional doctor I’ve met. Told my daughter overweight kids like her tend to have suicidal thoughts and suffer from depression. We went for a sports clearance for HBP and he told her practicing sports will not help her lose weight. Just wants another patient to falsely treat.
Dr. Arce berated my seven year old daughter calling her fat to her face several times and telling her no one wants to be friends with a fat girl and that no boys will want to dance with her. He was not helpful with my daughters issues. I would not recommend this doctor for any child.
